Order Processing

For selected pre-order items, processing may take approximately 5-7 business days before shipment. Pre-order products will always be clearly marked on the product page.

The shipping carrier used for your order depends on your delivery address and local logistics network. We automatically select the fastest and most reliable shipping method available for your location.
For international orders, packages may be handed over to your local postal carrier after customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as tracking information may take time to sync across carrier systems.
If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly look into it for you.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders include customs duties and import taxes. You will not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
