Can I cancel my order?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

Can I add a discount code in after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, we won't be able to override the system. Please make sure to apply the discount before checkout.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How do I know my order is confirmed?

How to track my order?

Please allow between 2-5 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

If you don't see the email in your inbox try checking your spam folder.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. Standard shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days, while express shipping takes approximately 4-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. If your country does not currently support shipping, please contact us for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't like what I have received, can I return it and ask for a refund?

We review each case individually and If you would like to request a return or exchange, please click here for more refund info. Please note that there will be a restocking fee.

I ordered the wrong size, can I have this exchanged?

Of course, but all clothing to be replaced must be brand new, unused, in its original packaging, and free of any odor. Please click here for more refund information.

I received a damaged order, what can I do?
