Returns & Exchanges
Finding the right pair of jeans is personal. Every body is different, and we understand that measurements, size charts, height and weight suggestions can only go so far. Even with detailed fit information, the way denim feels on your body matters most.
That is why we encourage you to try your Mars Power jeans on at home, move around, sit, stand, and see how they feel in real life. If the fit, length, rise, wash, or style is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
RETURN CONDITION
Please try your jeans on with care and keep them in returnable condition.
Returned items should be clean, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, strong odors, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage.
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if an item has been washed, altered, damaged, heavily worn, or returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold.
EXCHANGES
If you love the style but need a different size, color, or fit, we are happy to help you exchange it. Denim can fit differently depending on the cut and your body shape, so we will do our best to help you find a better match.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please contact us at support@themarspower.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Email address used for the order
Item you would like to return or exchange
A short note about the fit issue or reason for return
Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may be unable to issue a refund.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@themarspower.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue so we can review it quickly and make things right.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Final sale items, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
